“…I am the birth father of the person whom asked the Midwest Adoption Center to contact me on his behalf…at first I was confused as to why I would be receiving a letter from an adoption agency? But as I read the contents, my heart beat quickened as I read that a boy born in 1993…who says he was my biological son, was trying to contact me. Tears of joy streamed down my eyes because I know that it was my son, whom I had been searching for, for 19 years…I immediately opted to have direct contact and once we connected we have gotten so close it’s like we were never apart! I have also been blessed with three grandchildren through him. I must say that without the Midwest Adoption Program, this wouldn’t have been possible in my current position. I am forever grateful.”
